The following is a (still incomplete) list of templates that we have made for Palaeos org. Eventually every main subject will have its own template. To use a template on a page, just include the name in curly brackets.
All the templates used on a page can be accessed by clicking the edit tab for that page, then scrolling down to beneath the edit screen. There will be - right at the bottom of the page, alist of hyperlinked templates. Click on any to go to that template, and if you want to edit it select the edit tab on the template page.

Experiments
As yet unused templates for Palaeos community evaluation. Also an area for technical experiments easing the development and support of Palaeos.
- See the Experimental templates page for template experiments and discussion.
Using templates
Generally, the template for the parent page (the one in which the page is listed a sone of the topics or taxa) should go at the top of the page, and the template with the same name as that page (hence listing all the daughter topics) should go near the bottom, but before notes, links, references, credits etc. But if this doesn't feel right, feel free to experiment.
