To Wikify means to convert a standard text page to wiki "mark up" (code) format. This includes things like adding links, subheadings, and so on; all of which add to the functionality and interest of the page.
To Wikify a page you need to know how to edit a page in Wiki, which is not at all difficult. For example to link to another page on Palaeos org, all you need to do is put [[double angle brackets]] around a word that is the same as the name of the page being linked to.
