(Which one are we closer to?=)

:I don't know where you derive the statement from that Petrolacosaurus has a "heart like ours". As a fossil animal, we wouldn't know anything about the heart structure of Petrolacosaurus other than what we could infer from its living relatives.Christopher 11:50, 11 December 2008 (UTC)

:: BBC's Walking with Monsters claimed that Petrolacosaurus had a "complex" heart, which was the "template for our own". They gave no details or justification in the actual documentary - perhaps there's something on the website or in the book. Anyway, I thought it might be Phthino's source, or his/her source's source. ::Wikipedia says that Walking with Monsters is wrong in saying that Petrolacosaurus was the ancestor of all modern reptiles and snapsyds, even though Walking with Monsters  was right in saying Petrolacosaurus had a heart that was closer to ours than Haptodus it was probably not more closely related to us because its features were too reptilian.--Fang 23 04:19, 1 January 2009 (UTC)
